North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Pageant Crowns 2026 Queens
The North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Pageant proudly crowned its 2026 Queen's Court during the annual pageant held on June 13, 2026, in Burgaw, North Carolina.
Celebrating 12 years of scholarship, service, leadership, and community involvement, the North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Pageant continues to provide young women with opportunities for personal growth, community engagement, and educational achievement while serving as ambassadors for Burgaw, the North Carolina Blueberry Festival, and the blueberry-producing communities of Eastern North Carolina.
This year's theme, "Red, White & Blueberry," celebrated America's upcoming 250th Anniversary and highlighted the patriotic spirit and community pride that make both our nation and our region special.
The 2026 competition featured an outstanding group of contestants who showcased their talents, confidence, leadership abilities, and dedication to service. Through their participation, these young women demonstrated the values that have become the foundation of the North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Program.

Throughout the coming year, the 2026 queens will represent the North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Pageant at festivals, parades, civic events, community service projects, educational programs, and special appearances across the region. As ambassadors, they will promote the rich agricultural heritage of North Carolina's blueberry industry while encouraging leadership, volunteerism, and community involvement.
The North Carolina Blueberry Scholarship Pageant was established in 2014 and has become a respected program that awards scholarships and fosters meaningful community connections.
